We decided to pick up from where we left off "Acquaint with employees who found a home at Digient". Hence, began conversing with some of Digient’s senior employees to better understand the spirit, passion, and the binding ingredient for their commitment towards the Organization. Guess what we found? “Gems!”.
 
As we glimpse through Digient - one can certainly not miss the gleams, the pride and the satisfactions on their employees' faces. “A start-up in 2007 that disrupted the Gaming industry, is now one of the top Gaming Software Solution Companies in the Country” says Mr. Anantha (a senior employee) beaming with pride. “It’s not like we had smooth sailing all these years. There were many challenges and crises that we faced. But the commitment that we had towards our work and the strong leadership from the management, made it possible for us to dig deeper every time. And look where we are now - in Flying Colors!”. Digient is among the top iGaming Solution Firms in the Country. With more than a decade’s experience in Software Solutions, it has now successfully penetrated into various other verticals such as - Healthcare, Travel and eCommerce.
There was this interesting incident that he shared with great excitement, “During the initial stages, when we were a relatively small Company, a project’s deadline was preponed. It created a sense of urgency. Look, we were a small group of tech savvy’, then. One of our key resources was in Madurai, he took a flight and reached our Chennai’s office at midnight. Without the keys, he was unable to get into the Office. Hence, Mr. Johnson gave them permission to break into our own Office. With the help of the security, they literally broke into our Office. Guess what? We successfully completed the given project and submitted it before the deadline!”. Rising to the occasion, going that extra mile and on time delivery are some of Digient’s key traits.
 
Once you step inside Digient, you become a part of our Organization. Oneness and mutual respect is in the air, everyone is equal here! I have always loved our culture and I’m proud to work for my Organisation with such a unique Leader”. These are some of the words that were uttered with contentment by Mr. Anantha when he was asked about the reason for his long stay with Digient.
 
Mr. Anantha’s message to his juniors was, “For a successful career - have passion, work ethics, commitment, responsibilities and the ability to face challenges under pressure and you are good to go”.

Success stories like these are always a great motivator and at Digient one can expect nonetheless. We continued our next session with a senior member who glowed with pride, his energy - contagious!
Mr. Hari, a tech genius, who is also one of the first employees to join the Organization, embraces Digient with all his heart. We discussed his journey and achievements in the Organization. It struck a chord and brought lots of fond memories that he so joyfully shared - “When I joined the Organization, I got the opportunity to work in an on-site project in Finland. It turned out to be a great success to both my career and love life”. Work-life balance has eluded far too many but not Digient. They have successfully managed to cultivate an environment that strives for a balanced life. From what we saw, the employees are happy and satisfied at Digient. And in many ways it seems to be one of their secrets for success.
 
He continued, “As I remember, we started off pretty normal as an Organization, but the environment and the leadership created the positive atmosphere for us to thrive. In Digient, you can easily approach senior members for guidance, mutual respect is and always has been one of the core values of Digient”. The fact that most of the senior members are still a part of the Organization speaks volumes. Their love towards fellow colleagues and the firm is ever radiant.
 
 Mr. Hari strongly urges youngsters to have a long-term vision, “Hard work and persistence is the key to success. Give your best, always strive for 100%. Try not to focus on money during the initial phases of your career. Your dedication will yield more wealth and stability in the long run. Stay healthy and happy”.
 
 Conversing with the professionals of the Gaming industry in and of itself was a cherishable experience. At the end of the session, it felt like we had only graced the tip of the iceberg - we will continue the series and try to decode the rise of this start-up turned industry Leader.
